Made fresh on the day of your order, our chef selects market fresh cauliflower and after preparation gently steam cooks until tender. Finally the cauliflower is tossed in butter before being smothered in grated mature Scottish cheddar cheese.
An ideal accompaniment to any meal throughout the festive period and a must on Christmas Day. The dish is conveniently presented in an aluminium tray suitable for both the oven or microwave.
