The classic French dish originating from the Dauphin region of France. Pronounced Dauphinoise ("do-fin-WAHZ") means baked scalloped potato, also known as Potatoes au Gratin. The dish is made up of multiple layers of finely sliced potato and oven baked with cream, butter, garlic and gruyere cheese with a hint of Thyme
