Each element is freshly prepared and vacuum sealed before being packed into our signature box complete with step by step instructions for you to heat and serve with a glass of specially selected prosecco before indulging in our hand crafted dessert to round off your perfect at home dining experience.

David Milligan, our chef brings a wealth of experience to our business and we are proud to launch our new Henderson Fine Food Co @ Home range, lovingly prepared in our production kitchen complete with simple instructions ready for you to recreate at home. David Milligan @ Henderson Fine Food Co

David brings a wealth of experience to our business here at Hamilton and has enormous passion for producing simple good food. He insists on using only the finest of local produce. For his Easter menu David has selected Sirloin from prime cattle Andrew (Henderson) has sourced from John Thompson at Blairbowie Farm in Mauchline and prime lamb from Lanark. Andrew looks after the sourcing, maturation and craft butchery of all the meat ensuring the specification meets David's exacting standards.

David has worked in some leading establishments in Scotland and France including the Summer Isles Hotel in Achiltibuie, A'challtainn in Glasgow, Bistrot de la Marine, Cagnes Sur Mer, Restaurant Le Tilleul, St Paul de Vence.
