To cook: simply pierce the film and place the tray in the oven for 30 minutes @ 180c / Gas Mark 6. Remove film from tray and cook in oven for a further 5 minutes.accompanied with a salad.
Storage: Either store in your fridge (0 to 4c) for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
