Chicken Breast Fillets (British - Skin on)

Our British chicken breast fillets are totally boneless but with the skin left on. Many of the chefs that we supply prefer their chicken breasts with the skin remaining on allowing them to caramelize improving presentation and taste with the skin helping to retain moisture.

Always delivered to you fresh and never previously frozen. Conveniently packaged in sealed packs suitable for home freezing. Each pack contains two fillets allowing you to remove from the freezer in small quantities. Either store in your fridge and use within 4 days or simply drop into the freezer and use within 3 months.

A really versatile product ideal for grilling, pan frying or roasting.
