Handmade fresh daily on the premises this product contains prime cuts minced pork blended with breadcrumb, the finest peppers, spices and caramelised onion.. The mix is then filled into natural casing. The natural casing provides a far superior eating quality in comparison to synthetic casing used by the large manufacturers. Pork links are a firm customer favourite and are made to the same original family recipe for over 40 years.
