About Us

Established in 1978, we are an award-winning butcher with farms near the market town of Strathaven nestled in the Avon Valley in rural Lanarkshire. We supply and deliver prime tender meats including beef, pork, lamb, veal, venison & game as well as fresh home-produced sausage, dry cured bacon, freshly baked pies and chef prepared ready meals.

We cater for special dietary requirements and offer gluten free, low fat and extra lean meats including protein packs, slimmers packs and meal prep bundles.
