This product is really quick convenient to cook providing a quality nutritious meal. A light tasty product for the Summer months and great when accompanied with a salad.
To cook: simply pierce the film and place the tray in the oven for 35 minutes @ 180c / Gas Mark 4
Storage: Either store in your fridge (0 to 4c) for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
