A traditional homemade haggis made here at Hamilton where we make all our outstanding Haggis and Black Pudding.
Celebrate Burns Night on the 20th November with our homemade haggis. The Wee Chieftain serves 3 (or 2 with a big appetite - just sayin'). As Haggis is already cooked all that is required is to simply place in a pot and add water. Bring the water to the boil and gently simmer for 40 minutes.
Traditionally served with creamy mash potatoes and turnip! We have both the Rooster Potatoes that are great for mashing and Whole Turnip. Alternatively if you are pressed for time try our Chef prepared Creamy Mash and Turnip Combo ready to heat, presented in an oven tray.
If you want to be really indulgent finish off the traditional dish of Haggis, Neeps & Tatties by pouring over our homemade Whisky Sauce!
