Consisting of a layer of haggis, maris piper potato and turnip, all encased in a buttery puff pastry. Conveniently packaged in a foil tray the encroute is ready for you to simply place in a preheated oven for 20 minutes @ 180c / Gas Mark 4. To finish pour over our chef prepared whiskey or creamy peppercorn sauce.
