This product is conveniently packaged in an oven proof tray providing a quality meal with no preparation. Great when accompanied with our chef prepared creamy mash, Free of Gluten, MSG or Preservatives. Suitable for Coeliacs
To cook:
Simply pierce the film and place the tray in the oven for 35 minutes @ 180c / Gas Mark 4
Storage:
Either store in your fridge (0 to 4c) for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
