Leg of Lamb (carvery prepared)
Our legs of lamb are expertly prepared to create a cut that is ready to roast and carve. On request our butchers can loosen the bone going through the centre of the joint. This bone can then be easily removed prior to carving.
From local pastures in South Lanarkshire. This local lamb is now at its best in terms of flavour and tenderness. Born in the Spring of this year these lambs have grazed on the lush permanent pasture. In my opinion this lamb offers a greater depth of flavour and superior eating quality to the early new season lamb.
Half Leg (small) - 1.6kg serves 3+, Half Leg (medium) 1.9kg serves 4+, Half Leg - 2.1kg (4.4lb) serves 5+, Whole Leg - 3kg+
