Cooking guidelines for cooking Thai Crispy Belly Pork
- Heat the oven to 160c fan/gas 3
- Pierce film several times with a fork and place tray aluminium tray provided in the oven and roast at 160C fan/gas 3 and roast for 3 hrs.
- (Optional) Remove tray from the oven and cut off film from top of the aluminium tray. Place tray back in the oven and roast for a further 10 minutes @ 220c
- Remove from the oven and allow to rest before carving
Our pork is sourced from a farm in Lanarkshire who operates to the highest of welfare standards. We select British Landrace crossed with other native breeds to provide pork with great flavour but without excessive fat.
