Created for Valentine's day these burgers are made from our prime beef with a spicy pepper jack cheese stuffing and coated in a red chilli marinade.
The burgers will be prepared fresh on your chosen delivery day and contain only prime cuts of extra lean ground beef. The ground beef is blended with breadcrumb and the finest of peppers & spices before being formed into heart shaped burgers.
The heart shaped burgers are conveniently packed in an aluminium tray suitable for the oven. Simply place the tray in a preheated oven at 180 c or gas mark 4 for 20 minutes. Serve on a warmed brioche bun and a crisp salad with peppery rocket and cherry vine tomatoes. Our rich creamy coleslaw is always a welcome addition.
The burger contains less than 5% fat and is free of gluten and artificial flavour enhancer such as MSG.

All the products we supply are packed and prepared to your specification by our skilled butchers on the day of your delivery. This allows you to either store in your fridge for up to 5 days or freeze and consume within 3 months. All meat is sealed and labelled with product information and storage guidelines. Suitable for home freezing for up to 3 months.
