Heating Guidelines
Hob
Empty contents into a pan. To heat on the hob. Moderate heat. 5 - 6 mins. Stir continuously until piping hot.
Microwave
Microwave from chilled, but can also be heated on the hob. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before heating. Before heating: Remove lid and replace loosely. Place directly into microwave. During heating: Stir after 3 minutes. Re-cover and continue heating. After heating: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Microwave on full power. Cat C - 700w. 7 mins. Cat D - 800w. 6 1/2 mins. Cat E - 900w. 6 mins.
Warnings:
When heated in the microwave the pot may become flexible
Handle pot carefully to avoid scalding.
