As the name suggests these versatile tender steaks can be cooked literally within one minute! We thinly cut the steak from the topside before tenderising with our steak hammer. As well as being versatile this cut of steak offers a really economical choice due to its price lower per kilo and portion size in comparison to the Sirloin and Rib Eye.
The steaks will be cut and packaged on the day of your delivery offering guaranteed freshness.
We recommend simply adding coarse salt, cracked black and olive oil. Place in a really hot pan for 30 seconds on each side, rest for a further minute and serve. Ideal for a steak sandwich or cut into strips and tossed through a salad. We highly recommend with our South West Sauce.
Alternatively after adding a seasoning or marinade of your choice cut into strips and blend with peppers and red onion for a great stir fry.
