This sensational platter makes for a magnificent centre piece for any festive occasion. Prepared by Tony our chef at our kitchen here in Hamilton, he insists on only using the best fresh Atlantic Salmon sourced from local markets. The salmon is seasoned and gently steamed resulting in a moist and succulent end product. The Salmon is presented on a platter with Prawn Marie Rose and garnished with King Prawns.
The Half side provides 4 large portions with the Full Side providing 8 portions.
