Turkey steak is higher in protein and lower in fat than chicken. The marinades we use are free of gluten, artificial colours, preservatives and MSG. The steaks are quick and easy to cook - simply pan fry or grill. Alternatively sear each side for a minute on a hot pan and finish in the oven at 180c/gas mark 4. The steaks are so versatile and can be easily cut into strips and used as the protein for a healthy stir fry.
The steaks come conveniently packed with 2 steaks per pack and suitable for home freezing. As with all our meats the steaks are cut, prepared and packed by our craft butchers on the day of your delivery
